Unhappy Car acting up after Longtube Header Install

Ive been running on open headers on my car for about a month now, and since the day i drove it , around 45 mph and higher it feels like its sputtering , a friend of mine told me its because i dont have the rest of my y pipe on there just headers and thats it.it's getting poor gas mileage ,and the main thing is that it lags when i try to floor it . any help would do or suggestions...it also feels like ive lost horsepower

Not 100% shure on that back pressure thing I think its more that your car is running too rich or somthing along that lines, I have a cut out just a cupple more feet back so I dont think back pressure has anything to do with it, its your O2's that are telling your car how to run. I think that back pressure is like the Easter Bunny.

its cool if you want to run open headers but the oxygen sensors are too close to the openings at the collectors, you are probably drawing a little air back into the exhaust causing the oxygen sensors to see a lean condition which is causing your car to run rich, pull a plug or two i'll bet they're black as night

you need to run some extensions on the ends of the collectors with a turndown or something so the oxygen sensors can get an accurate reading

If you have a code reader you might see a missfire code on it and your SES light will not set.
SO as far as bad spark plug I I dont think so but pull one out if you feal like it. like said above its your 02's reading lean so your car is running too rich thats my guess.
