Default front strut bar/rear

been seeing on some cars pics they have front strut bars... do they make a difference on the F-body? if so what is a good inexpensive one? also do they make anything for the rear?on my old focus, the front one didnt benifit, but the rear did a lot.. just wondering how these cars respond to them since i am gearing my car more towards handling then just straight line... thanks

The rear wouldn't benefit from a STB. Your focus was an IRS in the rear, the F-body has a live rear, and a brace over the shocks really wouldn't do much for the performance of the car... I cant see the mounts flexing much as they are set up now, and there just isn't enough weight back there to justify any more bracing.
