Default which lowering springs!!!!

I cant decide with which springs to go! My suspension is stock and I want to lower the car about 1.5'' at the most, if more than that I might scrape the headers , please help! What brand would you guys recommend?

I vote Strano, Im very happy with my springs. They also weigh something like 12lbs. less a set than Pro-Kit, Hotchkis etc.

Hotchkis or Strano would be my two choices.

i voted Strano, that's what i have and i wouldn't want the car any lower.....and with these, you know you won't have the sag issues that the Eibachs have

Strano. I'm pulling out my sportlines soon and putting in Strano's. Can't ask for a better spring.

About 1.2"..... 1.5" is really pushing is, 1.8" is just too far for a good working suspension. Too little range of motion left, and basically you just get on the bumpstops too hard, too fast.

That's MHO, I'm sure some people will see my reasoning as bashing, if so.... I'll live with it. I don't make things to work only kind of ok, I do them to work the best way I know how.

I'd put airbags on the car. I recently heard about some TV show that said they were really good.

Can you just buy the lowering springs and be fine or will it have a bad ride? I'm looking into getting some myself but will you have to buy the shocks too.

I have the Stranos with my stock shocks and it rides no worse at all whatsoever. Upgrading the shocks at the same time is a good idea but not required.

Question for you Sam: Since my camaro looks like 4x4 I really need it dropped like 1.5-to 1.8(it would be nice) I dont really look for a great handling car, I like to drift it alot and my biggest reason for the lowering springs is the looks! Do u make a spring that would be perfect for what I want or can you custom make them with a little bit bigger of a drop? Let say like almost 2"
