Default whereto get the tool to release my hyd. cable

i about to pull my tranny and need to now were i can get the tool to release my quick connect on my hdy. cable thanks

You can push the white plastic ring in with the flat side of a screwdriver. Should pop right out.

needle nose pliers works well, helps to push the disconnent in more evenly making it easier for the line to pop out.

3/4" open end wrench fits it like a charm

If you happen to get the plastic ring pushed in all the way and it still wont come apart, use some pliers and gently twist it. For some reason every time I take mine apart I have to do this. Works every time!

i usually use two flat blade screwdrivers. but i cant definitley see how a pliers or 3/4" wrench would work well too... all kinda depends on how much you need to wrestle with it. i have seen them get stuck.
