Default 04 GTO I/H/C Wrenching/Tuning by Vengeance

410hp and 393 torque with the mods in my sig. Car pulls like a freight train around 4k rpm and is smoooooth as hell to drive. Throttle is a little "tough" but that's only because of the new throttle body.

Overall I am EXTREMELY happy with the work Vengeance did. They installed a ported Fast 92 with a Bluemaxx throttle body and put on a set of used GMPP LS6 ported heads I bought from a fellow GTO owner.

Mike, great job tuning! Car is idling great and I have no issues. I will be in the area until Thursday of next week so if there's any issues I will stop by! I can't foresee any though!

Buddy, thanks for busting your *** on getting every thing done in one day for me. You are always a nice guy and do a great job.

Ron, thank you for being cool as hell with me. You and your team have been major players in helping me get my foot in the door of the LS1 modding scene. I know I know, more supporting mods. UDP is a possibility but I love my stock exhaust to ever replace it. Maybe some cutouts eh?

I'll try and get a dyno graph scan sometime this weekend for ya'll.

I was there too. I have that blue GTO they put on near the end of the night, not sure if you stuck around for that or not.

Very nice. What are the specs on the cam? Not bad at all for stock catback. How quiet is it? Very? Get much louder after the cam?

226/228 581 585 114+4

Cam has a slight lope but otherwise drives like and sounds like stock. I imagine the headers I put on made the car louder, not the cam so much.

Around town cruising the car is a "normal" volume, not loud or noticeable at all until you really rev it.

My goal was to get 400hp without having a loud car that would annoy people *cough camaro at dyno warz cough*. My goal has been met and in my opinion my combo sounds great through the stock exhaust.

Is it just me or does that number seem a tad low for an M6 H/C with a 92/92 setup on it? I know that goes through the independent rear, but I would have expected a little more. Just my thoughts.

It sounds like the setup you were looking for, though, so congrats. Let us know how it does at the track!

Yeah Ron even said so himself that my car isn't incredibly strong but it's pretty average from what I've seen. Keep in mind this is still through a stock cat-back and no UDP.

With a pulley and cutout the car should easily see the 420 range.

I might be seeing how much my cat back is holding me back this weekend as long as the dyno I'm going to read close to the Vengeance dyno. I'll update the thread with info!

You'll need more than A cutout, unless you want a horribly unbalanced exhaust! Lol. Good numbers man.
