Default Where to install my trans temp sending unit for th400?

Does a th400 have a pressure port like a 4l60e has that I could just thread the trans temp sending unit into? If not where should I install it? I would rather not tap a hole in the pan and have to weld in a bung. I am using a b&m cooler and the hoses that they provide. I could see installing a "T" in the line but how would I attach the threaded sending unit to the T fiitting?
