1.6 rockers/springs

What kind are you guys running, i am wanting to get a set soon but was unsure about the easyness of the install. Do i just remove the old one then torque the new ones to specs ? Also i will be doing the springs and lifters also.

Comp Pro Mag 1.6:1 NSA rockers on ARP 7/16" studs with GMPP Guideplates.
A must if running anything bigger than a very mild cam IMHO
