I took off the throw out bearing on my T56 today to find a strange fluid under it.



Please keep in mind that I'm working on an LS1/T56 swap (also my first motor swap ever) into a BMW and know hardly anything about the T56 side of things right now.

I wasn't expecting to see what I found though.....

Almost looks like corrosion? Was it on the back of the slave as well?
