Default ls1tech will not load

Posting on behalf of my brother. He can not get LS1tech to load at his house. Keeps getting a database error or something like that. Its been going on for almost 2 weeks now. The site will not load on his computer, my parents computer, and I even tried getting on with my Ipod touch all with the same results (i can surf this site with it at my house, figured it was worth a shot). He can get on and log in at work, but can't even view the site at his house.

Any ideas on why his home connection is blocking tech? He's working on a FC 5.3 swap and doesn't have much time to search at work, and has to call me and have me search for swap answers for him. Would be much easier if things were back to normal for him. We are lost and don't know what to try next. Thanks for any help.

Try clearing your cookies and cache on his computer. Not had a problem with this site at all.

Start Menu -> Run

Type in:
Code:
ipconfig /flushdns
Clear cookies, clear history, clear temp files, clear EVERYTHING you can.

If that doesn't work, do this:

Start -> Run
Type "cmd", hit enter.
In the black window, type
Code:
nslookup www.ls1tech.com
and paste up the results. You'll have to right click on the command line window and select "mark", highlight the info, hit enter, and then paste it here.

Still no luck. Here are his results.

C:..Windows..system32>nslookup www.ls1tech.comand
Server: UnKnown
Address: 192. 168. 1. 1:53

*** UnKnown can't find www.ls1tech.comand: Non-existent domain

C:..Windows..system32>

His labtop will surf LS1tech.com just fine at my cousins house so it has to be the ISP causing the issues. Just have to get ahold of them and figure out why this one site is blocked. And of course its the site that he visits most often.

Please take a look at what I asked you to do, and what you posted that you did. It is not the same thing.

I might be over there this weekend and I'll follow along with what you wrote. I'm a little better with computers than he is. I was just posting what he sent me so not sure what he did. Just trying to get this resolved, hopefully I can help him get it fixed and this thread.

I tried my best to do what was stated above, maybe green can come over on the weekend and mess around with it. I called my ISP talked to them for about 45 mins.. what I found out was type in 67.201.16.56 in the adress bar. It works just fine, however when i type in ls1tech.com i will still not load, so i bookmarked the 67.201.16.56.
