Negative Trader Feedback - MY LS WON. Never sent parts, had to dispute for refund

Bought a set of pistons and rods from him. Said he was going to ship them out last Saturday and get me a tracking number. Haven't heard from him since. Has anyone had any dealings with this seller or know him? I PM'd him on the 26th asking if he had sent them, I've gotten no reply. I'm going to give it 24 hours then go through pay pal and hope that he hasn't pulled the money out of the account and screwed me over. He has good buyer feedback on e-bay, but no trader rating on here or any seller feedback on the bay...

At this point I would strongly advise no one buys from this person. It has been nearly 3 weeks since I purchased a full set of rods and pistons from him. I've been told for 3 weeks he would get me a tracking number. Around the second I was told that it was shipped USPS. I guess they must be bringing back the pony express and this stuff is on its way Via Horse back. I've gotten stuff across the pond to Europe in less time than it is taking for this stuff to arrive from Ohio. I strongly suspect at this point it has not and will not be sent.

Make sure you use the trader rating feature in case no one checks this forum first.

Did you file and resolve this through paypal?

I have not yet. I'm trying to make sure I give it time. If the parts aren't on my door step by Friday, I will start taking action through pay pal.

You can mark this resolved. Parts arrived today. Though be a bit cautions with this seller, Communication isn't the greatest. I never received the tracking number for the package, which would have made things much less worrisome on my behalf had he sent that like he said he would.
