Maybe the motor is stock, but not the car, obviously. Keep the car on street tires if you want to rear end to live. You can definitely hit 12's no problem with that mph and street tires.

Yeah, some weight reduction will get you 12s if you're already running a 13.0. And cutting the exhaust off plus having a few other mods doesn't equal stock. Technically you have done a power adding mod by creating a sort of cutout, although you haven't touched the engine.

Regardless, that's a very nice time and trap speed. Congrats.

Get a lid and a K&N filter. Are you powershifting? The rear will hold up...that is unless it's already whining or hurt.

x2...

My car is 100% stock with no exceptions... once something changes/deviates 100% stock you are not

Maybe you should have started off with 99% stock

What is your launch method? You should have seen a 12 even with a 2.1 60ft....given the MPH.

i dont really know much about weight reduction but you could do headers x pipe and mufflers for dumps that way it would save some weight without the exhaust all the way to the back and the headers would give some power try intake to or a lid

A lid is a good place to start.

If you are a good driver its possible. My stock best was 8.40 with a lid but the entire exhaust was stock. That was on some Hankook non high performance tires.

My run was during the summer. Never got the chance to try it out stock with cool weather.
