I think that would be a good stall for your set up.

I dont think its too big at all. I run a 3600 with a little larger cam and love it. I would have went with a 4000 if I was staying N/A.

i can understand if it's dd, but it should be fine if it's a lockup, i have a 28-3k for a dd now, had a 25-28k was nice but made no differance from stock 60' times.

What do you mean bye get it tuned for the lock up mph? It just has a little bit of a lag till it hits the stall. I just thought i need to get a smaller one. But i have also not had it tuned also. So what do you mean by tuning for a stall????

3400 should work fine. Who's stall is it???

Tuning can help tame them a little.

If you still would like the drivability to be a little snappier maybe consider a bigger TB before going down in stall. they allow more air with less throttle input and increaase throttle response that way.

I have a bigger tb. It just feels two big bc i can go down the street in forth and be at 2000 rpms and stomp it and it will down shift and then be in third at about 3000 and it just takes a little bit for the stall to kick in, it just has a lag i think???

see for most stock cars from what i learned the stock tune locksup the converter around 38-43 mph... i feel that i would want my car to lock up a little before that so a tune can make this happen... its all with the set up of ur car, and what u feel is right for the car... i think iam going to have it lock up(stop spinning) around 32-34mph. couple mph below but i think it will help out.

I had the time to go and take it to the 1/4 mile track yet. But before i had the cam, headers, and stall i ran a 9.00 in the 1/8. I only ran it like twice.

What was the temperature and conditions? My z28 with just intake/exhaust pulled consistent 8.7s.
