Default anybody have ls1 header flange cad file laying around?

can be any format .dxf etc, just in case there was one willing to share so i didnt have to make one up myself (forgot to bring a header in today)

do you have an email, i think i have a easm (edrawings) file which you should be able to import
an ftp site where i can upload it would be better as its 15megs zipped.

opps dont know why i missed your email, anyways i played around with it and cant seem to break out any parts the engine with gasket is there check your pm's i have a link

i dunno if we have enough scrap 3/8ths to go into production! lol

i've got a scale drawing cut that i'm going to use tonight to verify that everything came out exactly right on my model. once i get the final laser file (that people could cut without worry of fit) I will post it no problem

mine i am doing to fit 1 5/8 primaries, that would be the only thing to change if one wanted to.

3/8 is what material i have available, its also what is used on my cars turbo headers and they are still in perfect shape no trouble and 4 years old

didnt even see that one...

glad to have been of help

deuce_454 aka jakob regeur...

the reason for the size of the holes is that metric stainless tubing comes in a size that fits into that hole.. so it can be pushed thru and welded on the head side of the flange for a cleaner look..

ya its hard to make a header flange that different, i just put my spin on it, no new technology

i left the hole bigger so i have some fumble room when trying to make ends meet, i agree i will be putting the tubing through the flange not sitting on top.
