Default Dyno numbers in....Patriot setup

Hi all. I am very excited to post some numbers on my setup. I got the car tuned today by Performance By Joe in St Louis,MO. Needless to say I am very happy with them.

449HP/425TQ at the wheels.

My setup is stock LS1 bottom end, Patriot Stage II 2.02/1.57 valves 59cc, their new 225/229 .580/.590 on 114 cam, Fast 90/90, honker, LG Streets no CATS, Yella Terra's, Comp pushrods, Speed inc fuel rails & GHL bullets. As soon as I get dyno sheets(tomorrw) I'll post them up.

The only thing I would have done to your setup bro is get the cam on a bit tighter lsa so you don't have to rev quite as high to see PEAK numbers.

That's the biggest reason I went with version II of the g5x3 cam when Louis at LGM offered it to me. (the cam was still in the testing phase, I got it pre production, lucky me) The LSA was a bit tighter then what version I was cut on. I am within 5 rwhp of my peak from 6000 rpms and she is still holding strong at the rev limiter (6800)

Actual peak is 6400 or so.

Please correct me if I am wrong but where does your peak rwhp come on at, and how much torque are you holding onto at peak rwhp ???

With all that being said, I have to say you have a pretty stout setup. I bet she idles almost as smooth as silk. Any advance ground into that cam ??

I'll be driving right through St. Louis in May on my way to LGM, just listen for the sound of thunder. J/K, but she is pretty loud. LOL.

Can't wait to see the graph. BTW is the Fast and t/b ported on not ??
What amount of compression, and do you know your DCR ??
Again good stout setup.

The intake and TB are not ported, 11:1 compression. Not to sound stupid what is DCR?

This would be a C5? Can't to see the graph. I'm guessing the power would have been 435/415tq with an ls6 intake.

That's is true, can't beat them for the money. It's a good hp/$. It's nice to see results with these heads. There have not been many recent threads showing the gains of these heads.

So are these 5.3s? or LS6 style heads????

Ok I see the post now lol!

Especially the torque, that's on par with AFR and ET heads. The size of that cam is only a 225/229 so with a bigger cam 465rwhp+ isn't out of the question.

Well he did bump the CR up with the 59CC chamber and I want to see what head gaskets he's running but all in all this is an excellent result, the best part is this setup isnt very expensive and sometimes Patriot offers the whole kit for under 1400.00

U would still need to buy a Fast but that would put u right about 2100.00
Still a phenomenal price for such a great package...
