Default Bushing question

Would worn out suspension bushings (mainly the torque arm and control arms) cause alot of squeaks and rattling going over minor bumps, or is something else wrong. I've checked all the bolts and everything is tight to spec, so nothing is loose persay... any help would be appreciated.
