Default Koni 4/4 street settings/ install questions

Just got a set for my birthday (great wife) for my 93Z and they don't really look all tooo adjustable once they are fully installed. Anyone have any good suggestions for the settings on these things for a decent ride, yet good cornering.....I have stock springs on the car and plan to do the rear spring hose mod and set the front spring on the lower perch...

Also in the instructions (which are kinda vague pictures), it looks like they say not to tighten the nuts down on the rubber bushings all the way, is this the proper way to install them or should I install them the way I have installed shocks/struts in many other vehicles and just tighten the nut down until it is at the bottom of the threads??

Any suggestions

If you bought them from stranoparts.com give Sam a call and he'll help you.
