Default sbc oil on plugs but not missing

okay i was wondering y on one side of my 350 3 plugs in a row are getting fouled out because of oil the car isnt missing and the all three cylinders have good compression no vaccums leaks and i have changed the plugs several times and got hotter plugs but it still does it any help is appreciated

could be a few things bro. i know you did a compression check, but did you check for leak down? i dont think thats it anyway. sounds like you have 1 of 2 things.

1) worn valve guides,allowing oil in to the cylinder.
2) worn valve stem seals,allowing oil into the cylinder

or possibly both. thats usually what causes it. improper valvetrain geometry can quickly ruin valve guides. is this motor stock?

heads are new its a 355 .030 big cam 202 heads so on and so forth its for a friend so he might have got the valves set wrong would that do it

Id leak down test the motor and get that out of the way.

did you get the intake milled to match? if not your gonna suck oil into the intake ports and that will cause a misfire beleive it or not

well the heads are milled but dont know if they are matched but when the guy pulled the heads off the 3 ones that are getting oil on them didnt have any carbon build up on them like the others that are working good keep in mind these are not missing just turning black.
