Default TPS sensor required?

Do we have to run a TPS? and does removing it cause the engine to preform any diffrent?

yes you need the TPS very vital, without the PCM wont know how much fuel to inject and when to inject it, when to shift, etc......

Why in the FAQ does it say none of the TPS wires to the PCM are needed?

I think I might have this mixed up, The TPS is mounted on the TB correct?

If so what is the box mounted under the dash in the 4th gen camaros that have a sticker on it saying "Throttle Position sensor", and is that box needed?
