forgot front seal retainer clip in 4l60e, HELP finished installing a 4l60e in my car today and realized that I forgot to install the retainer clip that goes around the front pump seal behind the convertor
do I need to pull the trans and install it or is it just an extra safty measure and I can get away without having that on there? is the seal going to blow out without that clip in there?
