Default exhaust and tune q's

Hi guys. Got a question regarding exhaust and tune. I have a cam only setup, all mods are in sig. Cam i would say is on the medium/large side as far as cams go. Right now i have lt's, ory, and a lm1. Its way too loud. This is what i want to do. Ditch the LM1, reinstall the stock exhaust past the y pipe all the way back, and put in an electric cutout right after the y. I will be running the more restrictive stock exhaust probably 80% of all my driving. Will doing this mess up my tune? Maybe cause a a/f ratio problem when using the stock catback? I mean, of course its tuned for what i have now. But will restricting airflow mess up possibly cause a lean/rich condition? Thanks in advance, i know nothing about tuning
