4.10 gears
10bold/4.10/m6/turbo. i hunted around a little bit. from what I've taken in is that 4.10's rev faster and don't utilize as much boost before having to shift over 3.42's... or something like that? there for 3.42's are better, more economical and produce higher horse power #'s?
is it worth getting 3.42's. will the 4.10's hold up or wait untill i can get a 9inch?
i do not plan on drag racing untill i get a 9inch.

What power adder, and what kind of power?
With a turbo, you're going to want a lower gear to put more load on the system earlier in the rev's. It will make you faster if you do it right
For a Procharger, just base gear ratio on your trans, tire, and expected 1/4 MPH.
For a Magnacharger, you can go with a lower numerical gear too because of the massive amounts of low-RPM torque they make.

When running a turbo you def. want to go with a 3.42 and possibly a 3.73. I had 4.10's when I fist went turbo and hated it! Shift too fast, you barely use any boost, etc.
Even if you go with a 9in. or 12 bolt you don't want to run a 4.10 because you'll have the same problem but you'll be less likely to destory the rear end unlike a 10 bolt.
