Default what to do?????

I have a ls6 short block with Heads, cam, intake i am wanting to do something about the bottom end.... I done a seach but did not find all the info i need.. I am wanting to know if i am wanting to spray about 150 to 200 on my car what would be the best thing to do?

Pull my motor out and rebuild it with stock crank, aftermarket rods and pistons.......

Or what would it take to build a 408 to handle this and can i use my heads and cam?????? Any help please or if you have a better idea i am open to them...........

I hope this is not a crazy Q.......

Well I am not a spray type of person, but are bare minimum, I know the stock cranks are pretty beefy. I would upgrade rod bolts without question. If you are wanting to spray that much, I would also consiter a good spray cam (talk to a sponsor) and go to less restrictive heads. Double springs and hardened pushrods. Not to mention think about upgrading the 10 bolt rear if you are thinking a 200 shot.

The pistions......I'm not gonna touch that. Maybve someone on spray can chime in on that.
