What is the thread size? I know the in and out are the same but the one that returns to the tank is a smaller size.

Thanks in advance. :chug:

Heres a photo. I need to know the thread size of the circled fitting. I know some of you have plugged this with a cap... what size did you use?

Figured it out. I knew I had seen it plugged somewhere... its 1/4" NPT. I know the inlet and outlet size is different. I wouldnt mind knowing that size too for future reference.

Found it here.

Those are flare fittings that have straight threads.. not NPT, tapered threads. The threads are not used as a seal. There's an internal flare seat in the fitting, and 1 on the tube.
A good AP store will have the correct plugs.

from anyone thats done this, does it matter if you use a 1/4" NPT or a 1/4 flare plug? as long as it doesnt leak either should work right?

go ahead and try it. If you fuck up the threads, by forcing a pipe plug into a fitting that requires straight threads, and it still leaks, what then??

It's a metric o-ring fitting. Either 14mm or 16mm if memory serves me right. I found the answer a couple years ago somewhere in this section.
