Default Billet Specialties wheels to fit STOCK ls1 brakes

OK, we were just notified that Billet Specialties will be producing a 15 x 10 7.5 BS wheel that will fit the stock LS1 brakes. Price per wheel is 339.00.

Who's interested?

Production is about 2 weeks out.

I would be interested, but I'm not digging the extra $200.00.

I'd be interested in the rears if they could make a 17" front runner since I have big brakes up front and the 15s won't clear. I see they make a 17x7 and that might work, but Greg Weld makes a 17x4.5

DO NOT BELEVE this, I bought a set a while back from Jegs 15x10 w/7.5 BS, and ended up buy a $1300.00 set of Aerospace brakes to make these wheels fit, THEY WILL NOT FIT!!!!!!!, you can not grind the calipers to make them fit, even with the Aerospace brakes there is only about 3/16" clearence. Even the front 15x3.5 will rub. Save yourself some headaches and BS stories from Billet Specialties, trust me I heard them all. They told me they only make 1 design and I have it. So GOOD LUCK!

Ok well I bought them a 1 1/2 months ago, and went all through this BS with them, would have been nice if those F@##'n ****** (Billet Specialties) would have said they are comming out with wheels that will bolt directly on instead of telling me its all they sell, the ones I have. After someone has bought them and bolted them on a LS1 with factory brakes I will beleve it, **** Jegs told me Yep bolt right on, then after I tried to put them on and scratched the inside of the wheel in the process because of the brakes, they said " Sorry No refunds" There are 2 speed shops that have them sitting on the showroom floor right now in our town, and can not give the junk away. Oh and wait till you see the cobbeled up lugs/washers they try to sell you with them, what a joke. People please SAVE your money!!!
