Default anybody have a good example of a written declaration letter?

hey guys i just want to write my letter early before i forget everything that happened! since i am contesting the ticket with the mail letter,i jus want to see a good example of what a good letter looks like? if anybody has one or can just show me a copy of one that would be really helpfull! thanks btw mines for the speeding 92mph in 65 CHP radar unit car

www.ticketassasin.com he has it all, and its free. to be honest it doesnt really matter what your story is, if the cop takes the time to write in, u loose. then u get a chance for trial de novo!

Why not PM Soul TKR or others who have posted in his thread? I'm sure they could give you good ideas.

o yea i talked to soul TKR, hes a great guy and he helped out alot! i just am a little iffy about the letter u know and i just want it to be ok. i guess i am going to hope the cop doesent write his letter! lol

Here are examples of the Trial By Written Declaration:
* For Carpool Violation (this one has won the case)
* For Illegal Turn (this one has lose, and Trial de Novo has been filed)

not true, ive done like 6 tbwd's and 2 times the officer responded, and I WON still. you can tell because usually it says verdict: dismissed. but mine said verdict: innocent
