Default GTP owner looking forward

Hello, I don't think I ever said hi. I am looking forward to getting more familiar with lsx's because I will own one some day and plan on heavy mods, once I get out of school and get a good job. Right now I have a 13sec sedan, lol, but I have learned a lot from it and working with the 3800 and hope to do the same here.

Nice! I have the N/A version of the L67 in my Olds 88. Brand new engine due to the EGR stove pipe issue! How did you get that thing to run 13s (Obviously the supercharger helped)?

Default n

open cone, 3.4" blower pulley, colder plugs, 180 thermostat, pacesetter headers, no cat, and I'm working on the tune. I don't have confirmed 13's yet but guys with similar setups and a good launch are usually running high 13's and I'm crossing my fingers. If I can't keep consistent 13's I might throw some 1.9's in there.

I've owned her for ~2 years now.
Well I don't have any pics on my computer and I can't link to the one over at clubgp for some reason but If you want just go here and it is in my sig.

I'm Cyberman over there.

lol 13s are easy in these cars. Twelves require a cam or intercooler but are usually easy as well.

Dont underestimate Gm's pushrod v6.

Welcome! Are you from Clubgp?

I had a '99 GTP with cam, exhaust, etc. before I bought my WS6. I love those cars, but nothing beats a RWD V8. I have an '04 GTP Comp G for a daily driver, so best of both worlds.

Welcome!

before the ss i had a 98 2door gtp, i planed on modding it until i relized how rough it was and how much work it needed, LOVED the supercharger whine by far the best part of that car

i had a 97 gtp before my 97 lt1 and i loved that car. You can really make this car sound mean with a smaller pulley and a cone filter off the supercharger. mine ran really good but happy with the v8 6spd. the hud is bad *** on those cars for sure
