Every other board ive been a mbr on will allow me to see my current post ive subsribed to if i click my user cp.. when i click on it in here it says i have "no subscribed threads"
Dont know if this one just is different or something is messed up with my account

Means you haven't selected any threads to be subscribed to..

Small sites often auto-subscribe you on every thread you reply to. Here, that could get unwieldy, and FAST
