Need Trans Help ASAP 98 Z28 My trans has decided to finally take a dump on me! From a dead stop In OD or D my trans is acting like it's in neutral and Grinding! I need to use 1st or 2nd to get moving and then I can go back in OD like normal and it hiccups a bit during shifts... Anyone have any idea what I broke...

Sounds like a sprag or the shell... but without going into it I would be guessing.

Anytime a unit is grinding it is generating small metal particles. That is not healthy for the unit at all. May times you will cost yourself much, much more money if you continue to drive it in this condition.
