Shorter driveshaft with moser?
Did anyone have to get a shorter driveshaft or have their driveshaft shortend when they bought a moser rear with the 1350 yolk?
If so how much?

Re: Shorter driveshaft with moser?
I had custom built 3.5" aluminum DS when my Moser went in as the stock DS was just slightly too long. I have since parted out my TA, so it is for sale. It's setup for a 1350 yoke. I paid over $600 new for it last year. I am looking for $285 shipped. The cool thing about this DS is that is only a half-pound heavier than stock, but WAY stronger!

Re: Shorter driveshaft with moser?
I had a Lingenfelter 3.5" aluminum driveshaft when I had the 10 bolt but it wouldn't fit with the Moser so I had to get another stock shaft. The stock one fits fine.

Re: Shorter driveshaft with moser?
It all comes down to which end yoke you specify on the Moser. If you get a 1350 standard yoke, then the stock length shaft will fit with the proper u joint. If you specify the 1350 BILLET YOKE, then your shaft will be about 0.50 inch too long.
