New LS1 Owners - Newbie Tech - thermostat temp

what is the right temp thermostat to use for a 02 z28 100 shot nos, cold air, full exhaust?? 160 or 180? thx

id roll the 160* with summer commin up. 100 shot aint really a big deal but i would suggest running some NGK TR55's or TR6 plugs
