Call Sam and he will tell you.

I did, and he recommend the Pro Kit to me while his were on backorder.

You also have an LT1, the LT1 pro kit is TOTALLY different than the LS1 kit. It has much similar rates to sam's and it also lacks the LS1 sag issues. On top of that, they recently changed the design so that you can still adjust the konis with them on - this was a large flaw previously.

Yea the LT1 eibach springs aren't bad, I'd confirm what Sam recommends before buying them.

Depends on what you are looking for, I test rode 5 different springs including the three mentioned here, and went with Hotchkis. Handling was the same as prokit and strano, but the ride was noticeably better.

I have the prokit, I like it but personally I wanted a bigger drop so I will shortly be going to the sportline kit if you want pics of the stance and seating posiession look at my f quick, It rides nice and is smooth no hard knocks or rising. I was very happy with it I just want a bigger drop
