Default Lound bang at Idle and low rpm (updated post #9)

Nosie is a loud banging at idle or low rpm! Seems to stop or atleast quite down at higer rpms. Sounds real bad is it a rod or bearing?

Doesn't sound good.
Spun bearing or rod knock will usually trace rpms/acceleration.
