Hey guy's, it's time for me to start the install of my Alky Control kit on my 2001 Camaro. Ive done some searching and although it's been brought up a few time's noone really gave a clear answer on the best place to mount the "PAC" and "Power Distribution Block". Does anyone have any pics or info on where they mounted their's? Im hope'n to knock this install out tomorrow as well as my Aeromotive Pump Controller. Any help this evening will be greatly appreciated tomorrow! :)

I put some velco on the PDB and mounted it to the carpet behind the console..
Pac went into the ashtray...pop the lid and turn it up!

Was it the actual PAC in the ash tray or the "remote controller" (part with test button and led). Thanks again, Blake

The remote controller. Turned it upright so the controls were pointing to the roof....worked great.

I put the controller unit in the front cubby hole by the cigarette lighter.

I like the cubby install. That's the first place I thought of when I seen the control.

Okay guy's, yall helped me figure that out with ease!
Now for another question...Where did yall get your power source for the dist. block from? Looks to me like the Radio would be a good place to grab some power from (being that it is so close).
Thanks again guys!

You can tag into the IGN port on the fuse box.
I normally run this as a trigger for a 40a relay. Reason being, the alky control kit draws a max of 15amps. I want to run this as its own circuit rather then tagging full power off another.
A nice relay / harness is a good way of doing this for the kit, plus you run a fuse on the source.
