Default First run last night, good or bad?

Hey fellas, took my 01 SS to coastal plains in jacksonville,nc last night and made quite a few passes, only power mods the car has is a lid, smooth bellow and a borla catback with no plate. ive only had the car 9 days, i put a UMI short stick on the hust shifter, last night i missed so many damn gears i was getting pissed off! i would either not get a good launch and hit all the gears or get a decent launch and miss a gear! but anyways i was running the factory F1 tires at 20 psi so they werent hooking too great, bellow are my 2 best times before i started getting mad and parked it for the night, tell me what you guys think..

60 ft.-------2.1428
330ft-------5.8139
1/8 et------8.7741
1/8mph-----83.62
1/4et-------13.3890
1/4mph-----106.60
-----------------------------

60ft--------2.2451
330ft-------5.8931
1/8et-------8.8193
1/8mph-----84.59
1/4et-------13.3933
1/4mph-----107.59

are these common times for my mods? i just couldnt seem to launch it any harder with my tires and i only have a weeks practice with the car, a lot of cars were taking me off the line but i would start running them down at the end, my trap speeds seem pretty high compared to some gto's i saw last night running 13.1's but with 103mph traps, is my 107 trap a good indicator my car has a lot more in it with better tires and more launch practice?? what im really hoping for here is for someone to tell me my car is capable of running 12's with better tires! so anyways what do you guys think for my first run on the car???

Once you get the front part of the track together, you'll start seeing those 12 sec slips. So on these two runs, you hit all your gears??

yeah i managed not to miss any gears on a few runs lol, but these were my 2best..yeah i had to shift into 4th RIGHT before i crossed the beams, i tried to see if i could get away with not shifting into 4th but i would bump the rev limiter as i crossed the beams, i have 3.42 gears by the way with stock tire (275/40/17)
