to make a long story short, my mirror fell off, and i glued it back on, now there seems to be a problem, the mirror is pointing down at the ground, and thats what i see when i drive, so it is tough to try and change lanes without being careful of knowing the car im passing and if it is safe to get over

how can i adjust the damn thing?

every time i move it, it just goes back to its normal spot, and is very annoying
