New LS1 Owners - Newbie Tech - Purchased A 2002 Formula

Ok guys heres my latest LSX vehicle. Traded in my 06 Grand Prix GXP for this. Im so happy to have a rear wheel drive car again!

Just one question. Is the color of the Monterey Maroon?

Nice. I tried to find a formula but couldn't find one. Especially an 02. Not sure on the color but it's a good looking car!

Yeah its quicker than the GXP. The GXP had the 5.3 LS4 with 303 HP 323TQ, along with a 3600 lbs curb weight a only a 4 speed trans. The Formula weighs about 120lbs less with 310HP & 340TQ with 6 speeds. Also too the Formula is geared lower than the GXP.

Basically its no contest.

Does it also have the Hurst shifter?? I cant really tell from your interior shot. Id love to see more of the car though!! Currently have the 1st pic as my desktop.

Very rare indeed..... not a big fan of t tops but I love it! Get a short shifter ASAP, stock shifter feels like a stick in quicksand. FORMULA REPRESENTIN'!!
