Flycut?

Flycut? I'm thinking bout running a Vindacator cam and alot of people told me I would have to or be better to flycut. So where excatly do I get the tool to flycut and if anyone has any do's or dont's please tell me thanks alot.

I used the cutters from Lindy Tool and had great results.
