Default Knocking noise after knock sensor replacement!
working on my brother's '01 WS6,replace both knock sensors.put everything back together.car makes knocking noise.No codes,engine oil pressure good.turn motor by hand thru crank,motor turns good.any ideas or those had same problem when replacing knock sensor.any inputs from you guys will really help.

Wierd because this happened to me too. I replaced the rear ks. But I thought for some reason that it had always knocked and I just now noticed.
