Pontiac G8 2008-2010 - Supercharged G8 custom headers and exhaust

We are currently installing an Eaton 122 s/c custom headers and a custom exhuast-i will be updating this thread from time to time so keep checking back

Sweet, that is one nice Harrop kit. That is going to be one awesome G8. How much was that setup in US$ and will you be offering it, if you don't mind my asking.

Are you guys going to disable the AFM or do you think it will be ok with the supercharger? I know the Aussie version does not have AFM. I was suprised to not see an X pipe in the exhaust system. I may have to come by and check it out. Tell Doug I said hey.

yeah,that was some of the problems we ran into with this kit,we replaced the valley cover with an ls2 valley cover to get rid of the afm.the supercharger wouldnt fit the factor valley cover.The customer dint want an x pipe so he didnt get one.

What is the out the door cost on that kit?
Is the exhaust loud?
I'm assuming it does but, does it fit under the stock hood?

The s/c kit is just over $10,000.00,its pretty pricey but is a nice piece,we worked with Harrop to Americanize this kit so the future ones should be a direct bolt on.And it does clear the stock hood with no problems

Well,hear are the final dyno #'s,not quite what we wanted,but still killer,it was terrible hot when tuning so the iat's were extremely high causing alot of timing to be pulled out.either way its a fun ass ride

that's about 17.5 HP per pound of boost if ya think the headers and exhaust were worth 25HP

Damn strong through an auto with stock longblock!! Nice!!!!!

Just a thought.
How about a set of Comp 918's along with a set of Yello Terra's 1.85's.
This would increase the lift a little and the springs are good for the extra lift the 1.85's would open her up to.

It might be worth another 10 to 20hp.
