Default tips on porting and polishing intake bbk

ok i have a bbk manifold and tb im thinking about porting it and polishing any tips im just going to make it smooth and shine it up from the inside and on the tb i am going to take some material out any tips i oredered the summit port and poilish kit.......i already khow the heat soak lets just by pass that i had this manifold for 2 yeasrs now and it works fine gets alitle hot but not to bad lol im just bored and want to learn how to do this any tips and advice would be very apreciated thanks in advance

I did mine and i just matched it to the heads as best as possible and smoothed it out. it's hard to get way up in the curve of the runner but i just basically did the best i could and smoothed it out.

You will need to get some long rotary files (cutters) in tapered, straight, and flame tip. Use those to knock down all of the casting boogers (don't open the port to sewer pipe dimensions) and then use the cartridge rolls (you will need to get a long mandrel for these also) in 80gt, 120gt, and 240gt. Should get straight and tapered rolls also.
