Fueling & Injection - what modification is needed for 5.0 rails?

i heard that 5.0 fule rails can be used with our cars, what do i have to do to get them to work ??

and how much better do they flow when compared to the stock rail??

just buy the speedinc ones, they are worth every cent. nice machined finish too.

Harlan used them on his. I heard he just made new brackets.

can you elaborate on that?
