There's another post on this now. Basically you need to pull the wheel and rotor off to get to the mechanism. There is an adjuster in there. I just turned the adjuster to open it up until I couldn't slide the rotor on. Then backed it off a little at a time until I could just get the rotor on. Worked fine for me.
