STFT and KR question

my STFT showed -11 and i also got 2.4 KR on one line reading on ATap. Is this something to worry about?
that was on the driver side the -11, the passenger side was only -3

Occassionally blips of KR are nothing to worry about. There is alot of stuff that can set of the KR sensors while cruising around: bumps, throttle stabs, sudden accelleration, god, etc...
