Western Members - Gator metal sunglasses?

Has anyone ever heard of these? I guess they are a brand of sunglasses that are metal, come in different sizes, shapes, colors, and you can have different ensignias in them like the Chevy Bowtie!!

Can anyone add a little more to this, maybe some pics?

i think its Gatorz. Nordstrom used to sell them, i bought a pair for $350 back in '98. made from airplane metal (titanium?) so they said that it can be bent back and forth a lot and not break.

I liked them until someone stole them in college.

I've heard of Gator, my friend has 2 pairs and likes 'em. I don't know anything about 'em. I'm an Oakley (Made in America) person. Buy Oakley. Not too cheap, but good craftsmanship. IMO. http://oakley.com/pd/3368 Those are the ones I have. I know that you can put team logos on certain pairs, but I'm not sure what else you can put on 'em.

DAMN thats a lot of money! I know they are a lot less now. They are made of Billit Aluminum. Would you buy another pair if you could?

They are called Gatorz and the direct website is www.gatorz.com . I have been wearing them exclusively for over a decade and they are fricking awesome. They have several different styles but the only one I have used is the Radiator. I have several different colors and different colored lens's. They are very comfortable and I have yet to have a pair break. They are also adjustable for form fitting as you can bend them. The only downfall is if you lay out in the sun too long when it is 120 degrees they get a little hot :D .
