i need to know what i should do, i want to get some more horsepower, what should i do, to get it!

That depends on how much money you have. M6 or A4? But a good start would be your basic bolt ons headers,cat back,lid ex.

NITROUS.... it's cheap HP.
I have a 125wet system on mine (Bone Stock Motor) It also has a lid, flowmaster muf, and a Hypertech tunner.

right now im willing to spend 3,000, i have slp lid and mass air flow sensor and i do have a catback exhaust right now, but i highly doubt its doing anything, so wut kind of heads, cam, headers, should i get?
