Default How will my setup peform with a P1SC?

Looking to drop the dual stage 250 shot and the FAST 90/90 to move foward with a procharger around 5 psi. What power level should I see with the following setup......
Forged 347
Patriot stage III LS6 heads 2.02 1.60
230/230 .598/.598 on 114+4*
Jessel roller shaft rockers
Ported LS6 intake/ TB
A.R. 1 7/8" LT's with Borla catless back

Thanks
~Derek

I would venture to say that ~500rwhp shouldn't be a problem with that setup. But with a forged bottom end you could run a lot more boost. How about your injectors and fuel pump?

For 5 pounds of boost, I would guess in the 450ish range. Since you have a forged bottom end, you can push a lot more boost. I am assuming you have flat top pistons or flat top pistons with valve reliefs. Based on that, your compression level would be about 10.4:1 to 10.5:1 if the LS6 heads still have stock chamber sizes. At that compression level you could easily run 9 to 10 pounds of boost and hit the 500 to 550ish rwhp level. I have seen some people spin the **** out of a P1SC and hit the 600ish rwhp level on a 346 CID motor.

But the S/C does not need to be refilled at $4.50/lb

If you went with a D1 or F1 head unit, you could make even more power.

You'd be losing a lot of power going from a 250 shot to a 5-10lb setup. You'll be missing a boat load of torque too.

Unless money is the big issue, if you want a procharger so bad, why not try for the F1A unit? That will push you past the 250 shot no problem

I saw a P1 head unit hit 713 rwhp on an stock bottom LS2, with meth. I couldn't tell how long its going to last though.

Do a search. You'll be able to get a lot more power out of that setup if you run more boost.
