Been on ls1tech for quite some time, but haven't indulged in getting involved on here until now...

I wasn't sure where to look for an adapter from a different master cylinder for the slave on the T56. I don't want to run into any engagement problems. I know a lot of 240/RX-7 guys do the swaps, and was wondering if there is just a standard adapter, or do you have to play around with an adjustable slave till it engages / disengages correctly.

Thanks for the help, sorry to be such a noob when it comes to something so little....

EDIT: I'm trying to go from a Mitsu master cylinder, to the T56 slave if my post wasn't clear.

one question i would ask myself is, will the Mitsu master cylinder move enough fluid to release the clutch on a t56? IMO I would just get a GM style master cylinder and adapt it to work with your existing clutch pedal.

I would think so considering the amount it moves the current one. I'm using a Spec Stage III+ pressure plate, and it has a good travel distance. No issues on disengagement. Don't see why the clutch on a T56 would require much more distance.

I don't mind switching over to the GM style, was just wondering how the 240/RX-7 guys do it. If that is how, then that's what I'll do.
