Default Will it be safe to run new engine without a full tune?

I'm just finishing up my 422 with the following specs:
Stage III 6.0 heads with 2.10" int and 1.60" exh. valves
6.0 Block bored to 4.030"
Lunati 4.125" crank, 6.125" rods, 2.100" pistons
246/246 600/600 112LS
42# bosch injectors

My previous set up was:
Stage III 5.3 heads with 2.02" int and 1.60" exh
216/220 525/533 114LS
1.8 Crane rockers

Will my truck run well enough to get to the place that will be doing my tuning? Thanks for any help.

Don't drive it. The 42# injectors are going to mess up your driving and wash the cylinders.

Nice build.
