Will it be safe to run new engine without a full tune? I'm just finishing up my 422 with the following specs:
Stage III 6.0 heads with 2.10" int and 1.60" exh. valves
6.0 Block bored to 4.030"
Lunati 4.125" crank, 6.125" rods, 2.100" pistons
246/246 600/600 112LS
42# bosch injectors
My previous set up was:
Stage III 5.3 heads with 2.02" int and 1.60" exh
216/220 525/533 114LS
1.8 Crane rockers
Will my truck run well enough to get to the place that will be doing my tuning? Thanks for any help.
