Fueling & Injection - trying to change the fuel filter... help

the damn thing wont come off! the bolt is rusted on the filter and wont turn. I was able to unscrew the the line that comes out of the filter and goes into that T shaped thing but now the line wont come out of there either. I dont want to snap a line. this same thing happened to a kid at school and he snapped a line and had to get them replaced. I might have some rust penetrent. Is there any special way to remove this thing or is there something im doing wrong.

got the damn thing off now but the L shaped piece that comes out of the top is rusteed and wont come out for anything. tried spraying wd-40 on it and got nothing.:bang:
