Default Anyone running the scoggin-dickey beehive ls1 springs? Come in here if you are.

I just received my scoggin dickey ls1 beehive springs today and supposedly they're supposed to be made by PAC. When I opened the box, I found a bunch of Black beehive springs with blue stripes on them (like the old comp 918's). Is this what a standard PAC 1218 spring is supposed to look like? I wasn't aware that they had the blue stripes on them. I just want to make sure that these aren't some old leftover reboxed springs that's all.

My 1518 springs directly from PAC are a brownish gold color with no stripe, but I'm not sure about the 1218's. However, the good Comp 918 springs were made by PAC. Scoggins Dickey is NOT known for screwing people, so you should be good to go.

Yep, I agree. The 1518's I believe are nitrided, hence the gold color.
